I would highly recommend Remodel MAX to design and build for you! Wayne Huller and his knowledgeable and highly skilled crew of dedicated workers provided us with a completely remodeled kitchen that is so wonderful that I do not want to leave the room. Wayne listened to what I wanted and worked within my budget. Wayne shared his knowledge that helped me pick out all the items that I needed. The kitchen cabinets, flooring, granite countertops, backsplash, appliances, and freshly painted walls make my kitchen look like I am standing in a new townhouse instead of a 35 year old home. And the wall that was knocked out opened up the doorway to the 12' x12' kitchen and no one would even know there was a wall there! Remodel MAX also replaced the vanity and toilet in the powder room. The front doors were replaced with gorgeous doors. Remodel MAX also floored my dining room and living room with absolutely fabulous laminate. In addition to new paint in the kitchen, the painters continued the paint through the hallway, powder room, dining room, livingroom (the first floor of my home). I choose vinyl flooring for the kitchen, hallway and powder room. The flooring crew amazingly installed the vinyl using ONE piece throughout all three areas. Consider me a satisfied customer . I am pleased with the final product and the way it was carried out . I thank all of you . Next, as a reference to any potential customers. My project was to completely remove, replace and redesign my kitchen . Down to the framing . It included cabinets, counters, electric, plumbing, sheet rock, paint, "the works". Everything was completed in a timely fashion using quality products, excellent workmanship and in a professional manner. My calls , texts, emails were always answered promptly. I have no regrets . Remodel Max fan here - almost don't want to reveal what a great job Wayne and his crew did on a very challenging dormer-addition... it might limit my access to the team for my next project! Wayne kept me well informed throughout the project. When difficulties were encountered Wayne resolved them all to my satisfaction - he was proactive in engaging the architect, the inspectors, all that was needed to get a great result. The Remodel Max team were all conscientious and very neat and tidy - they get a perfect 5 out of 5. BTW - Remodel Max pricing was very competitive - overall a terrific value

I could not be happier with the workmanship of the gentlemen at Remodel Max! Wayne displays very strong character and trustworthiness. He also was very helpful in suggesting a couple design ideas to me as they repaired, restored and honestly just transformed my water damaged basement. It looks amazing, greatly exceeding my expectations! Every bit of the work was performed by polite and skilled workers who were conscientious of my time and any cleanup. I have been meaning to write this for a while but I have had a few things going on. When I was 7 months pregnant I called Wayne based on our neighborhood list reviews to upgrade out electric panel, redo our kitchen , flooring upstairs and closet doors, add built ins and re -insulate our extension. After meeting with Wayne and a few other contractors I knew he was the right guy! Wayne and his crew were great! Mike was friendly and professional, and more importantly I felt totally comfortable knowing he was at my home when I couldn't be to make sure everything was getting done, and I always felt comfortable being home when he was here. Wayne was honest about our budget and stayed as close to the quoted price as absolutely possible, you should always expect some overages and his were quite understandable. His team completed all of the projects by the time my baby arrived and he got to come home to a beautiful "new home". Thank you Wayne Mike and crew for making our house a real home for our new little family. We love it!

Wayne and his team saved the day! I originally hired Home Depot to put in a new kitchen floor. Their crew refused to do the work stating that the floor was not level. Wayne’s team came in with a "can do" attitude. They did a perfect job of leveling the subfloor and installing a new engineered hardwood floor. I could not be more pleased with the results. They completed the job on time and for a reasonable rate. The workers were polite and professional and did beautiful work. I would recommend Remodel Max for any home improvement project.

PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL Prompt and Professional are the first two words that come to my mind when I hear Remodel Max and Wayne Huller. The list of words doesn’t stop with Prompt and Professional; it also includes Knowledgeable, Personable, Accommodating, Thorough and Accessible. Wayne took us from conception to completion with our kitchen facelift. We didn’t want to completely gut the kitchen but rather change our existing island, spruce up the kitchen and add some new lighting. Wayne came up with creative designs and ideas understanding that this would be the heart of our home. He was not an order taker but rather a visionary. Wayne held our hand and guided us to make reasonable decisions within our vision and budget. Wayne never made a promise he didn’t keep. During the facelift we never wondered "where is the crew"? If we were told they would be here first thing in the morning; our doorbell rang at 8am if not sooner. We never looked at our watch, we never lost time. we originally hired another company to install tile in the kitchen and hardwood in the living and dinning room areas, when the installers came they said that we were not level and they could not help us. we call, Wayne he came in with his crew and leveled our kitchen, and laid the tile and the hardwood, and it looks beautiful. Wayne and his crew were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely hire them to do additional work on my house.

We are so thrilled with Remodel Max and the quality of their services! Wayne is a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him, and his company, to anyone needing remodeling work in their home. We hired Remodel Max to paint three bedrooms, and they were painted, beautifully, in 1 day!! At the end of the project, the paint job was fantastic, all the rooms were put back together, and you only knew the painters were there because you could smell the fresh paint! The contractors were so pleasant and polite. It was an all around fantastic experience, and we plan to have Remodel Max back in the near future to remodel our kitchen! Fantastic Bathroom Renovation!! Wayne and his crew at Remodel Max just finished a head-to-toe COMPLETE renovation of our *only* bathroom, and we are thrilled with it and their work. We interviewed 5 different contractors for the job, and chose Wayne because he approached it with knowledge, competence, experience, and enthusiasm. We could not be more pleased with the results. The job entailed ripping the entire room out, including the subfloor and ceiling, knocking down and rebuilding a wall, repositioning the door, moving the plumbing and installing new pipes, moving a heating vent, adding insulation, putting in a new window, and rewiring and adding electrical outlets and even an additional circuit board. All of these myriad of tasks were accomplished well, timely, and securely. In addition, we had custom tiling of the floor, walls, and shower, which was done with elegance and precision. We also got a new tub, toilet, vanity, lights, medicine cabinet, and celing fan, all of which were installed beautifully. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and polite. Wayne went out of his way to be in touch with us almost every day of this project, listened well, and included us in the details of the project. They were all a pleasure to work with and to have around. They always cleaned up the site very well. We are already planning on having more renovations done by Wayne and his crew. Thank you so very much for helping us accomplish a job that we thought would be impossible!! :-)

We needed some upgrades to our townhouse, and in the past we have not had the best of luck with contractors. But Wayne and his company Remodel Max was completely different. First of all, Wayne came to the house and listened to what we wanted and what we had gone through with other contractors. He told us that he treats ervery home like it is his own, and we can tell you without reservation that is the truth. He took measurements, discussed options and put together a comprehensive estimate that did not change throughout the process. The quality of the work and workmanship was outstanding. We could not be happiewr with the results of our upgrade. And most important, Wayne is a man of his word and 100% honest. My wife and I wanted to finish our basement to provide more space for our daughter to play and more living area for us as well. I did a lot of research because I thought I would attempt to do the work myself. It didn’t take long however to realize that I know absolutely nothing about finishing basements. Plus, I knew it would take forever to get it done myself and I’d probably spend a lot of money on rework. So we decided to contact a few contractors to get a ballpark estimate of how much it would cost to have our basement finished professionally. Again, I did tons of research and found Remodel Max on the internet. Their website is great and provides tons of useful information. I noticed when searching for contractors on the internet that most of their websites were not very helpful. In my opinion, if you’re going to market your company with a website, the site should look like some time and effort was spent to make it appealing for viewers. After reading over the Remodel Max website and reviews on www.yellowpages.com, I decided to call Remodel Max to schedule an estimate. When you call Remodel Max you speak directly to the owner Wayne Huller. I felt very comfortable speaking with Wayne during that call while we were discussing my vision of our basement project. We set up a time for Wayne to visit our house and he showed up on time for the meeting. After going over all the details, a few days later Wayne provided a ballpark estimate for our basement and came in very close to what we wanted to pay for the project. My wife and I hired Wayne and after the contract was signed he was able to start the work immediately, which we were very happy about! Wayne definitely made the experience of hiring a contractor easy and a lot less stressful than I imagined it would be! I think the most stressful part was choosing paint colors! Overall, we thought that Wayne was wonderful to deal with throughout the entire length of the project. I felt like I could always get in touch with him by phone or email if I had questions. His workers were very friendly and clean cut. I thought they did a good job of cleaning up every day, showing up on time, and listening to any concerns that I had. I definitely didn’t have a problem with them being in my house if we weren’t home. Wayne went above and beyond for sure because he would take my dog outside to use the bathroom on the days that we weren’t home! So, I could go on and on but what I’m trying to say is that I would absolutely recommend Wayne and Remodel Max to perform any work that you may need done on your property. The quality of work and attention to detail that went into our basement project is outstanding! Now we have a great play area for our daughter and a nice space to relax. Again, we are so happy that we chose Remodel Max to finish our basement and we will definitely contact Wayne for our next project!!

I love my new kitchen!! Remodel Max gave us the kitchen of our dreams. It looks like it could be in a magazine. With that being said, a kitchen remodel is the toughest remodel in a house. You don't want to be without a kitchen. Wayne and his crew made sure that we weren't without a kitchen for long. They were there everyday till is was done. They are hardworking, clean, honest, and got the job done fast. They took pride in their work. They even finished a few days ahead of schedule. Wayne is there just about everyday to inspect the work and to make sure it meets up with his expectations and mine. He went over and above, in my opinion, to make sure that we had the kitchen we wanted. He has a critical eye and spotted things that needed touching up that I didn't even see. Communication was excellent! So grateful to Wayne and his crew for my beautiful new kitchen! I will use them again for any future projects.

My wife and I would like to share our experience of having our unfinished basement completely remodeled and finished. We started the process by contacting four contractors to discuss our vision and collect estimates. Of the four, we were surprised that two never pursued our business any further as they did not provide any estimates. At our very first encounter with Wayne from Remodel Max, he truly presented himself as a knowledgeable as well as a down to earth and personable individual. At no point was there a 'sales pitchy' environment or any pressure to sign something. Taking on a remodeling endeavor regardless of size or expenditure is all about you knowing what you want. The more requirements and details that you can provide up front will go a long way towards making the process more enjoyable as well as getting a realistic estimate. Do your homework up front. We chose Remodel Max as our contractor for a number of reasons and we are extremely satisfied with the finished p roduct and overall level of service that was provided. First, it is rare to interface directly with a company owner who has direct control of the success or failure of your project. Wayne Huller is a hands-on leader who comes prepared and evaluates the quality of work as if it's his own home. He implements various checkpoints throughout the project to ensure that the work performed matches the customer's vision. This is huge as assumptions and miscommunications happen all the time in today's world. If you're not happy, he's not happy, and he's going to do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. Wayne's honesty, trustworthiness, and consistency from our first meeting to our last was further proof that we had selected the right team not only for this effort but for future projects as well. The Remodel Max crew spent several weeks in our home and they carried themselves well as a dedicated group of professionals. For those of you searching for a trusted contractor, we highly recommend Remodel Max.

We considered six different contractors to remodel our A-frame kitchen. Of these, four visited our home and three provided design proposals with cost estimates. The fourth provided a verbal estimate but not a proposal. I initially located Remodel Max via the Yahoo search engine and contacted them based on excellent reviews from prior customers. We received a prompt response from the owner, Wayne Huller. Over the next month he visited our home several times and provided us with design proposals and cost estimates. Between visits, we communicated numerous times via email. After receiving my initial query, Mr. Huller scheduled a site visit to our home within a few days and arrived precisely at the scheduled time. He was both personable and professional as we discussed the general scope of the project - new cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting, and possibly flooring. He also made several suggestions for improving the space and tying it in with the adjoining dining/living area. Over the next couple of weeks, he returned twice with his subcontractors to take measurements and discuss any potential issues for what we were planning for our somewhat unusual A-frame galley. He then returned to provide us with a detailed proposal and cost estimate, including layout diagrams. This is our first kitchen remodel, and Wayne was extremely patient and responsive to our many questions and evolving design ideas. He uncomplainingly provided us with revised layouts several times and new cost estimates twice based on our changed ideas. He obtained price quotes for appliance models that we requested. All of these services were provided without obligation, knowing that he was not the only contractor we were considering. His cost estimates were comparable to those from the other contractors. There was no high pressure sales talk. We ended up selecting a different contractor for the job but it was an extremely difficult choice with Remodel Max as a very close second. If you are planning on building or remodeling, I wholeheartedly recommend considering Remodel Max to do the work.

Remodel Max came to our home to replace our existing staircase which was in such poor condition it was a danger to us. Remodel Max is absolutely the best! We don't say this lightly nor are we given to over exaggeration. Remodel Max recently completed an addition to our home that far exceeded our expectations. The project involved building a two-car garage that would be connected to our ranch-style home via a breezeway. Our goal for the project was an addition that would look as though it had been part of the original design for the house. We did not want a "box" added to side of our home. When we first met with Wayne from Remodel Max, it was clear that he understood the goal we were hoping to achieve. Throughout all phases of the construction, we found Wayne, Willie and all of the workers exemplary representatives of a first-rate company. We were especially pleased with the following: The results of our background check were extremely positive. The accolades received from previous Remodel Max customers were well-deserved. Communication with Wayne was outstanding throughout the entire project. Wayne demanded and received high quality workmanship from all of the contractors. He was an "on-site" and "hands-on" manager throughout the project. Very careful attention was given to the many details of the project. After the start of construction, we made a significant change to the original plans. Wayne worked with us and made some excellent sugggestions. The result is a first class addition to our home. Wayne is true to his word. We received accurate estimates of cost and time. If he said he was going to do something, it was accomplished quickly and efficiently. Our project encountered several significant delays due to the unusual amount of rain we received this year and the need to work with BG&E to move a gasline. Wayne effectively facilitated the continuation of the project and was able to move the project forward despite less than ideal conditions. Wayne quickly gained our trust so that we had no concerns providing him or his workers access to our home when we were not present. Overall, we found Remodel Max to be a highly professional, talented, and trust-worthy company. When it comes time to remodel the kitchen, we will be contacting Remodel Max to do the job.

Third floor attic renovation. We had a set of pull down stairs to our attic that we wanted to refinish. We were told by a couple of companies that the stairs that we envisioned would not be possible and that the price was three times what Wayne and Remodel Max completed the project for. They did a wonderful job and were very considerate of my family and our house. The project was completed quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend Wayne and his team.

Hurricane Irene dropped a tree on our house. After it was removed, leaving a large gaping hole in the roof of the screened-in porch, a neighbor recommended Remodel Max, who had just completed work on their house. The business owner, Wayne Huller, reacted quickly to temporarily cover the damaged area. We decided to expand the screened-in area from 12 X 14 to 22 X 14 feet. Wayne redesigned the area, which had a complicated roofing structure, and repaired and rebuilt the porch. He helped us select flooring, siding, skylights, and other materials. His talented hard working crew, who were always courteous and considerate, even worked weekends to complete the roof structure before rainy weather came. The job was completed in three weeks and looks magnificent! Wayne was attentive, a stickler for details, and wasn't finished until we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Remodel Max for just about any home remodeling.

The upstairs bathroom was made larger by taking out an adjacent closet and using that space for the bathroom, not a problem for the crew. Any type of home improvement work can be a very scary experience, but not so with Remodel Max. Any future projects I have will be going to Remodel Max. Can’t say enough good things about them.

My previously installed basement bathroom shower had started to leak under the floor boards, causing a mold problem. I wasn't exactly sure to call because I've had only bad and mediocre experiences with contractors in the past. Luckily, a good friend of mine came to the rescue and recommended Wayne. He and his crew were professional, trustworthy, and always kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on. They did a beautiful job taking the bathroom apart and putting it back together with a brand new floor. It definitely gives me the desire to replace MORE things in my house, so I'm sure I'll be keeping them busy!

Remodel Max just completed an exterior remodel and renovation of our older, shore home. The whole experience from the initial meeting with Wayne to final completion was smooth and just an unexpected wonderful experience. Wayne is an honest and personable individual who works with you to get the results that you want. A refreshing, no hassel approach. The workers were true craftsman. The quality of their work was just outstanding. They paid attention to even the small details and the result was a beautiful look that exceeded our expectations. They worked extremely hard to get the job done in the proposed time frame. The men were also just as friendly and genuinely nice as Wayne. I highly recommend RemodelMax and we will use them again for future renovation projects. And the price was very reasonable: For the quality of the work done, I think it was a bargain.

My bathroom was in terrible shape and was in dire need of a complete overhaul. Wayne and his crew ripped everything out and started from scratch. For the first time in the 12 years I have owned my house I am completely happy with my bathroom. They did a wonderful job and it is just beautiful. It took me quite a long time to settle on a contractor for the job. I've had some bad experiences in the past and was a little gun shy. After getting several recommendations from some neighbors I decided to email Wayne Huller and tell him what I was looking for. Then came my first surprise- he emailed me back promptly then called to set up an appointment with me. Throughout the entire project Wayne always returned phone calls and emails right away, something that I had certainly never experienced with any other contractor I dealt with. That first response was a good omen of things to come! Wayne and his crew were always completely professional and courteous. I had no qualms at all about them working in my house while I was out and would welcome any of them back for future projects. (Which I am already planning and saving for!) The only problem with my beautiful new bathroom is that it makes the rest of the house pale in comparison! I wholeheartedly recommend Remodel Max for any projects and I will certainly be going back to them in the future.

We had an arson fire that completely destroyed a wonderful Patterson Park area home we owned. The private insurance adjustor we hired recommended Wayne Huller from RemodelMax. We’d had recent very negative experience with several Baltimore contractors on another major remodel. We checked the RemodelMax MHIC license and with the BBB – both checked out fine – and asked for a list of people for whom RemodelMax had done similar work. We called those people and asked them a ton of questions. We needed to know if they had dug up any dirt we couldn’t find – none had. We asked if the company consistently showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done when promised and as expected. And we asked what seemed to us to be the two most important questions: first, were they pleased with the results; and second, if we could come and see it for ourselves. In all cases we got tremendously positive feedback about both RemodelMax and about Wayne Huller. His clients consistently described him as a man of his word (which certainly did not describe our previous contractors)! We had a long list of RemodelMax clients and visited lots of them. We were pleased with what we saw, and heard rave reviews everywhere. A couple of them said they hit snags along the way that Wayne quickly jumped in to resolve in a way that was pleasing to the customer. We liked that. We asked a bunch of questions about the quality of the workers and subcontractors and learned that they were all clean, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Through prior, painful experience we’d learned that, in Baltimore, the city is always watching, so a clean jobsite means no citations, and polite workers means no complaints from the neighbors. We were also concerned not only about attention-to-detail, but thoroughness. We wanted to know if RemodelMax would actually complete the whole job, complete it on time, and not leave us hanging. Again, we heard only positives, and we saw it with our own eyes. It was clear, place after place we visited, that Wayne’s clients LOVED the results. And they loved Wayne, and Willy, and the rest of his crew. We liked that. Next step for us was to look at a contract. For us it was extremely important that every expectation we had was in writing, line-by-line, item-by-item. We think that’s the smartest way to do a contract. Wayne was delighted with that. He told us it made his job much easier because the expectations of both parties were put down on paper – leaving nothing to argue about later. We liked that, too, and so we went to work on the plans and contract. Another thing that turned out to be very important in this process was communication. Wayne was very good about keeping us informed about where they were in the process. And he actually returned our phone calls – what a concept! As we made some tweaks to the plan during construction, Wayne was patient and again very adept at advising us wisely – and not gouging us if we added something. The end result was that we got more than we ever expected. Our "up from the ashes" project is a beautiful new light-filled home with 3BR/2.5BA, and a kitchen to die for because it was so well planned. We love the house and so has everyone who has seen it. As a matter of fact, the first family who saw the house rushed with the property manager to make sure they were the one who got to lease it. That worked for us! Now, over a year later, the house has performed as promised, we have a happy tenant, and we hired RemodelMax to work on another property of ours. Can’t think of a better way to recommend someone than to say we hired them a second time. IN SUMMARY: We highly recommend RemodelMax. Our remodeling project actually turned into a totally rebuilt home. The only thing that is original is two outside walls and the foundation. We are extremely happy with the results of our new home. Wayne of Remodel Max has a company that will ensure that you are happy with the quality of the work. They actually go out of their way to please you. Wayne Huller and his crew from Remodel Max lead us through a major renovation. Our quaint but out-dated home in the woods had no work done on it in over 50 years and was in sore need of repair. We tore off half an attic and added a second story. With the extra space, we made major changes on the ground level. We put in a wonderful ductless air conditioning system and heat pump,(ask Wayne about it), upgraded bathrooms, closets, windows and doors, gutters, siding; the whole works. Best of all, we finished on budget. Ask Wayne about the new insulated siding that he installed and the never-clean gutters. Now after the first winter, even with extra floorspace, we have a significantly lower heating bill. All along the way, we worked together to come up with a solid plan, and the results came in with quality and care at every step. Stonework, plumbing, electric, kitchen, they did it all. My wife and I heartily recommend Remodel Max.

Wayne Huller and company recently completed a totally redone bathroom and it is AWESOME. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Very easy to work with and trustworthy to be in my home while I am at work. He has excellent ideas for design and knows how to improvise. Loved his assistance with choice of tile, vanity and fixtures. And the workmanship is top of the line. Great Job!

Remodel Max's entire staff were very professional, prompt and very very clean. We started the process of remodeling our kitchen by going to Home Depot where we were promptly told we couldn't do what we wanted to do. Wayne came to our home at a time that was good for us and listened to what we wanted. Several days later he came back with a print out of our new kitchen, a time table for completion and a price. He completed the job on time and for the price he quoted us. Now we are cooking dinner every night in our dream kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Wayne and your entire staff.
